Yes. You will need a referral from a support worker, GP, school, church, or another statutory or community agency. Your referrer must send your voucher to us by 2pm on Tuesday. If you miss the deadline, you can request a same day referral from South Bristol Advice Services on Wednesday from 10am.

You can speak to your GP, your child’s school, a local community organisation, or South Bristol Advice Services. They can all make referrals.

Most cases remain open for up to 4 weeks from your first appointment. If your situation becomes more difficult during this time, please tell us — we may be able to adjust your support.

Yes. If your case has closed and you need help again, you can return with a new referral.
