EMC Impact Triangle: A Powerful Partnership for Community Good

A New Chapter of Community Support (April 2024)
In April 2024, EMC Electrical Group announced something truly special — a long-planned project designed to give back to the community in a meaningful and lasting way. Their Managing Director, Craig O’Brien, proudly introduced the EMC Impact Triangle, a new initiative that places community support at the heart of their business.
After 12 months of development, the Impact Triangle launched with a clear and generous commitment: a percentage of sales from electrical testing and LED lighting upgrade installations will be donated directly back into the community, shared between Community of Purpose and The Carpenters Food & Support.
It’s a model that turns everyday business activity into sustained, practical help for local families.
Collaboration at Its Best
The project was shaped in partnership with Amy Kington of Purposeful Insight, whose expertise and collaboration helped bring the vision to life. Her work alongside Craig ensured the initiative was thoughtful, sustainable, and rooted in genuine community impact.
The announcement was captured beautifully thanks to John England of J Cut Video, who filmed and developed the launch clip — helping share the message far and wide.
A Meaningful Commitment
The EMC Impact Triangle is more than a fundraising idea.
It’s a long-term promise — a way for a local business to weave generosity into its everyday operations, ensuring that families facing hardship receive ongoing support.
We are deeply grateful to Craig, Amy, and the entire EMC Electrical Group team for choosing to stand with us and invest in the wellbeing of our community.
Their leadership shows how businesses can make a powerful difference when they put compassion at the centre of what they do.
