What A Scorcher!

But hunger doesn’t take a day off, and neither did our brilliant team. They showed up in full force despite the blazing heat, ready to help everyone who came through the doors.

Despite the weather’s best efforts to interfere with modern technology, somehow with a lot of patience and a little humour, everything kept moving.

Our once‑mighty water stash is now much smaller thanks to thirsty visitors and volunteers. 

A huge shout‑out to South Bristol Advice Services, who despite their own staff shortages opened specially to support us and even stayed to help us tidy up. Absolute stars.

We’ve had a generous delivery of eggs — quick to cook

and nutritious. But now …WE NEED MORE EGG BOXES, PLEASE!
